Is your equipment sanitary?
Of coarse!! We clean and disinfect each bounce house unit after being returned, not only because we care about our equipment but for the care of our customers health and safety.
Does it get hot inside the bounce houses?
Our bounce houses are covered for your protection and with the netting walls, it allows air flow & circulation. It also allows visibility so you are able to keep an eye on the children inside.
Are bounce houses safe?
Yes!! Our units are made to be as safe as possible. Our units include emergency exits in case the power fails. The netting is to catch children so they do not bounce out and harm themselves. The netting also allows you to have visual contact with the children inside. Our units are covered for weather protection, such as sunlight and light rain. We also stake down our rentals, if on concrete, we use sand bags. It is also important to follow the simple rules and to always have supervision over the children inside.
Do you deliver and set-up?
Yes!! We have courteous drivers that will deliver and set-up your unit. They will also insure that they are clean and in great working condition before your party. Set-up usually takes about 15-25 minutes and take down is usually between 25-40 minutes.
Is there an extra fee for delivery?
It depends. If you live in the 15 mile radius, than no. But if you live outside the radius that yes there will be. Which is between $25-$50.
Are reservation recommended?
Yes!! We really suggest you call 2-5 weeks ahead of time. The earlier you reserve the better the chances the unit you want will be available. You can do last minute reservations but have a harder chance of receiving the unit you would like.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations are received by phone and/or email. You may contact us any day of the week (7 days a week).

How and when can I pay for my rental?
We are currently only accepting cash, due to COVID-19. Full payment of the balance is accepted at the time of the delivery. If you would like to pay ahead, that is accepted too.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel at anytime. No fees. It is greatly appreciated if contacted a few days prior to date scheduled for cancellations.
